Role Description
- The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations, developing strategies to promote youth and women empowerment, and building partnerships to further the goals of AODI.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Program Management skills
- Experience in non-profit management and fundraising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of education and healthcare systems in Africa
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for youth and women empowerment
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Master's degree in Education, Public Health, or related field
