Executive Assistant/Technical Specialist


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with scheduling and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions proactively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and provide support beyond standard office hours when needed.
  • Experience in planning and organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
