Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with scheduling and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions proactively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and provide support beyond standard office hours when needed.
- Experience in planning and organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
