Roles and Duties
Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and target market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

E-commerce Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize our online store(s), ensuring smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
  • Create and maintain engaging product listings, including high-quality images and compelling descriptions.
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Actively engage with customers through various channels (e.g., email, chat, social media) to provide timely and informative responses.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote products and engage with the target audience.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
  • Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory turnover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 4 years experience.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms, analytics tools).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a desire to drive sales growth.
