Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Sales and Product Specialist to join our team.
- This role involves managing and optimizing our online sales channels, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products effectively.
Roles and Duties
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and target market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize our online store(s), ensuring smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Create and maintain engaging product listings, including high-quality images and compelling descriptions.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Actively engage with customers through various channels (e.g., email, chat, social media) to provide timely and informative responses.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote products and engage with the target audience.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory turnover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 4 years experience.
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms, analytics tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for e-commerce and a desire to drive sales growth.
