E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and optimization of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales through the e-commerce channel.
  • Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising efforts to optimize product visibility and drive sales.
  • Analyze e-commerce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth and implement data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Develop and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets such as ROAS and CPA.
  • Utilize data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking tools to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and messaging.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive repeat purchases, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Design and execute paid advertising campaigns across different social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, buying, operations, tech, and customer service to align e-commerce and performance marketing initiatives with broader business goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, performance marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising, and leverage insights to drive innovation and competitive advantage.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Email Marketing) is a plus
  • A minimum of two years of experience in e-commerce management, performance marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies, performance marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and social media advertising campaigns.

  • Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns and flows using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising across different social media channels (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
