Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of Goods:
- Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to minimize travel time and maximize delivery efficiency.
- Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Deliver goods to customers on time and in accordance with delivery schedules.
- Verify delivery receipts and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
- Collect payments from customers as required.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Conduct daily inspection of the delivery vehicle.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Drive defensively and safely at all times.
- Maintain a clean and valid driver's license.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- SSCE qualification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
- Physically fit and able to perform the duties of the job.
