Derive Communications Systems & Engineering Limited is an Engineering company incorporated in 2010, located in Lagos and Abuja; with expertise in Building Services Solutions like electronic security systems, fire safety protection systems, IT and communications systems and automation systems is recruiting. An experienced Business Development Executive needed to join our team.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Draughtman
Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Role
- Designing/Drafting Shop Drawings, As Built drawings for ELV and Building Management System (BMS) for Projects related to infrastructure projects, Star Hotel projects, High Rise Towers, Airport projects, Metro projects, all projects assigned.
- Drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc. and plumbing, drainage and firefighting layouts.
- AUTOCAD drafting of electrical works such as house wiring, inverter power system, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and other works like Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings, for all projects assigned.
Requirements
- Possess National Diploma, HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related Courses.
- Minimum 3 years experience in AUTOCAD Designs.
- The ideal Candidate should have exposure in working of MEP/Electrical services.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
- Ability to use other design applications such as CorelDraw. Photoshop etc, will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft Officeand other related applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a team to deliver great results.
- Proficient in the use of design software.
Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
