Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of items to customers.
- Collect items from customers for swapping, repairs, or delivery.
- Handle items with care to prevent damage.
- Obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery/pickup.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
- Address minor delivery concerns or escalate issues.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes.
- Adhere to schedules and meet deadlines.
- Provide daily updates on deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure the security of items in their care.
- Regularly check and maintain the motorcycle.
- Follow traffic laws and use safety gear.
- Represent the company positively during interactions.
- Follow company policies for pickups, deliveries, and item handling.
Salary
80,000 - N100,000 per month.
