Job Title: Direct Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Purposr
- To effectively and efficiently expand the market coverage and increase product visibility of our brands, the marketing manager will carry out the underlisted but not limited responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Direct Sales:
- Develop Journey Plan and monitor Van & Direct Sales Executives (VSR & DSE) daily operations.
- Organise training to show improvement of display of focus products in the market for VSR and SST in assigned markets and neighbourhood.
- Generating new business leads.
- Generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring that POS and other marketing items are displayed and utilised at customers outlets.
Marketing:
- Developing and executing BTL marketing activities and campaigns.
- Implementing marketing activities with specified customers.
- Analysing campaign performance and making necessary adjustments to managing activities and timeliness with GM Sales and Sales accountant.
- Staying up-to-date with pricing of focus and non-focus products.
- Create secondary sales awareness in the market.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Increasing brand awareness through advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum educational standard: OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, and any relevant field.
- Minimum Working Experience: Seven (7) years.
Skills and Attitude:
- Young and Vibrant
- Experience in Sales of Food & Snacks Products (Cheese Balls, Peanut, Popcorn, & Cornflakes)

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 / Month (Gross).
