Job Description
Job Summary:
- We seek a Digital Identity Expert with intense Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) experience to support digital identity systems' design, implementation, and assessment. The successful candidate will establish success metrics, monitor project progress, and ensure implemented systems meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of digital identity systems.
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks to assess the project’s impact and outcomes. Analyze data to identify gaps and areas for improvement in system implementation. Prepare and present reports on project performance and progress.
- Conduct field visits to selected countries for on-site evaluation and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in information technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital identity systems and project evaluation. Proven ability to develop and implement M&E frameworks in large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
