- This is a full-time on-site role for a Deposit Mobilization Manager at Alert Group in Lagos.
- The role involves managing deposit mobilization activities, developing strategies to attract deposits, building relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Deposit Mobilization and Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of financial services and banking operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and Marketing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Microfinance or Banking sector is a plus
