Job Description

Location: Igbo-Efon, Lekki, Lagos

Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer transaction requests, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide accurate support for platform transactions, products, and services.
  • Investigate and resolve payment disputes promptly while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and address discrepancies with attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off each week.
  • Shifts:
  • 6:50 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 1:50 PM – 9:00 PM
  • 8:50 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Shifts rotate weekly (e.g., Week 1: 6:50 AM – 2:00 PM, Week 1:50 PM – 9:00 PM).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • HND/ BSC in a related field (or equivalent).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working under limited supervision and handling customer issues independently.
  • Must be available for weekend and night shifts.
  • Proficiency in computer use with an average typing speed.
  • Must reside within the Lekki axis (candidates outside this area will not be considered).
