Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer transaction requests, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
- Provide expert support regarding transactions, products, and services offered on the platform.
- Investigate and promptly resolve payment disputes, ensuring positive customer relationships.
- Reconcile customer accounts and address discrepancies accurately.
- Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on account statuses and payment issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other tasks related to the role as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc in a related field (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working under limited supervision and handling customer issues independently.
- Must be available for weekend and night shifts.
- Proficiency in computer use with average typing speed.
- Must reside within the Lekki axis (Candidates outside this area will not be considered).
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off each week.
- Shifts include:
- 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- The schedule rotates weekly (e.g., Week 1: 7 AM - 2 PM, Week 2: 2 PM - 9 PM).
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
