Job Description

Work Mode: On-site, 6 days a week with one day off

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Feedback Handling: Record and escalate customer feedback and complaints for continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trust and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Record Keeping: Document all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes: Patient, empathetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Response time to customer inquiries.
  • First contact resolution rate.
  • Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦105,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • National Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
