Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Provide fast and friendly customer support daily.
  • Confirm payments made by customers and input them into the computer platform.
  • Collect payments from customers and issue receipts.
  • Maintain speed and accuracy in billing and client payments.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Understand our services thoroughly to answer customer inquiries.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of diploma in any discipline.
  • Preferably to a female candidate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure or when dealing with upset customers.
  • Experience working with customer service teams.


Location: Must live around Costain, Orile, Obalende, Apapa, or nearby areas. Proximity is an advantage.
