We prioritize providing a seamless, user-friendly experience through our mobile app and website to make digital transactions effortless for our customers.

Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Morning and Night Shift)

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Online customer management and ability to resolve issues.
Basic Requirements
- BSc/HND/ND.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 20-27 Years.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
