Qualifications

BSC or HND degree
Valid NCAA Flight Dispatch License
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with crew management systems (e.g., AIMS or Jeppesen) and Microsoft Office tools
Strong ability to make decisions and solve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job role

Developing and overseeing daily crew rosters, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulations
Monitoring flight schedules and promptly adjusting crew assignments to address operational changes
Notifying crew members of schedule updates and changes in a clear and timely manner
Coordinating with the Operations Control Center to resolve crew-related challenges
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including duty hours and rest periods
Tracking crew availability, leave requests, and training schedules to prevent conflicts
Maintaining accurate documentation of crew schedules, duty logs, and irregularities on the software
Addressing crew inquiries regarding schedules and resolve conflicts effectively.
