- Developing and executing engaging content strategies for various platforms including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and more.
- Creating high-quality written, visual, and video content that resonates with our client's audience and enhances their brand presence.
- Staying updated with industry trends and emerging content formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Providing day-to-day support to our client with confirming the day’s priorities, clarifying assignments, and resolving open issues.
- Working closely with our client to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Maintaining our client's calendar and appointment schedule by planning and scheduling high-level meetings, events, and other special projects.
- Serving as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to our client, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
- Representing our client in a positive light and taking decisions on their behalf and in their absence.
- Handling confidential information and delicate situations with tact and maintaining confidentiality.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements and managing travel itinerary on our client's behalf.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
- BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
