Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients in target industries.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified corporate leads.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet client needs.
  • Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, managers, and department heads.
  • Negotiate large-scale contracts, pricing structures, and terms with corporate clients.
  • Close high-value sales deals, ensuring that all agreements align with company policies and objectives.
  • Work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help shape offerings based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contract details in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, product development, and customer service) to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, networking, and conferences to expand the company’s visibility and client base.
