Job Description
- The Corporate Finance Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial planning, analysis, and capital management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Success in this role means delivering accurate financial insights, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting strategic decision-making.
- This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence and aligning financial strategies with the company’s overall objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support organizational decision-making.
- Analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities, capital projects, and other strategic initiatives to maximize return on investment.
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and working capital to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, projections, and scenarios to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.
- Oversee compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all financial activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals and support organizational growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements and tools to enhance financial analysis, reporting, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 8 -12 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or related roles.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent is an addition.
- Proven track record of driving financial strategy and improving operational efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data effectively.
