Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Operate commercial cooking equipment, including stoves, ovens, and dishwashers
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve efficient service and high-quality dishes
- Develop new recipes and ideas to keep menu offerings fresh and exciting
- Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and disposal.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Proven experience as a cook
- SSCE certificate required
