Job Description
Job Summary:
- Develop high-quality content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Create visually appealing and shareable content that highlights Agu.ng’s products, brand values, and lifestyle appeal.
- Implement a cohesive content strategy across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and the e-commerce website.
- Optimize content for each platform to maximize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the sales operations and e-commerce teams to create compelling product campaigns, including photoshoots, videos, and written content.
- Develop storylines for seasonal launches, promotions, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain and enhance Agu.ng’s unique voice and style across all content.
- Drive relationships with customers and influencers by creating interactive content, hosting live sessions, and responding to comments and messages.
- Create community-driven campaigns that encourage user-generated content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in core content creation; Experience in fashion or lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Exceptional storytelling and visual content creation skills.
- Strong ability to interpret content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
