Requirement and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is desirable but not Compulsory.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and contractual procedures.
  • Knowledge of quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, CCS Candy, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
  • Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
