Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Analyst located in Lagos.
  • The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting analytical assessments, communicating findings, and assisting with financial auditing tasks on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in executing AML/CFT/CPF Audit and ML/TF/PF Risk Assessment for the company’s clients
  • Deliver AML/CFT/CPF consulting services to clients
  • Assist in the development of compliance training programs
  • Assist in the development of related compliance policies for the company and its clients
  • Perform other related duties as may be required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management or related field
  • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in AML/CFT Compliance at a financial institution
  • Membership of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria, is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Nigerian AML/CFT laws and regulations
  • Business development expertise
  • Resident in Lagos
