Job Title: Community and Comms Lead
Location: Magodo, Lagos

Job Summary
- This role involves building and managing an engaged community, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication that aligns with the organization’s goals.
- Key responsibilities include content creation, brand management, event coordination, and media relations.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management:
- Engage with and grow online/offline communities.
- Respond to inquiries and gather insights to improve strategies.
- Empower brand advocates and organize events.
Communications:
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and press.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Build relationships with media and handle internal communications.
Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop and implement communication strategies.
- Track and report on the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in community or communication roles.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or analytics platforms.
