Position Overview

  • You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives, managing campaigns, and building relationships that drive engagement and elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies across various platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and websites.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align communication efforts with organizational goals.
  • Handle public relations activities, including drafting press releases and managing media relationships.
  • Monitor analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Foster positive customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for various communication materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage them to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Proven track record of working independently and achieving results with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms is an advantage.
