Job Title: Client Support Executive

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Description 

  • As part of our commitment to maintaining high standards of security and reliability, we are seeking a diligent and experienced Territory Sales Supervisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make Outbound calls to existing clients to offer the Jiji services and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Establish clear client retention goals
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services that meet client needs. Promoting new offers, upgrades, or packages to existing clients.
  • Understanding and resolving client issues providing tailored solutions and also educating clients about new service features, updates, or benefits.
  • Share feedback on customer preferences, objections, and trends to improve sales strategies.

Work Targets

  • Achieve current outbound call target of 70
  • Must be open to working on Saturdays.
  • Convert Sales target as set by Line Manager.
