Job Title: Client Support Executive

Description
- As part of our commitment to maintaining high standards of security and reliability, we are seeking a diligent and experienced Territory Sales Supervisor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make Outbound calls to existing clients to offer the Jiji services and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
- Establish clear client retention goals
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services that meet client needs. Promoting new offers, upgrades, or packages to existing clients.
- Understanding and resolving client issues providing tailored solutions and also educating clients about new service features, updates, or benefits.
- Share feedback on customer preferences, objections, and trends to improve sales strategies.
Work Targets
- Achieve current outbound call target of 70
- Must be open to working on Saturdays.
- Convert Sales target as set by Line Manager.
