- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist / Business Development Executiveto join our team an established outsourcing firm.
- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients to leveraging our outsourcing services.
- You will play a critical role in driving business growth, building long-lasting client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in targeted industries who may benefit from our outsourcing services.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking events, social media, and market research.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and close business deals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) in line with company policies.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth transitions from the sales process to the execution phase of the client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or business development, preferably in an outsourcing, B2B, or services industry.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions and how they can benefit various industries.
