We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Temporary
Job Summary
- The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of The O Lounge, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
- This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the lounge, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors and surfaces as required.
- Dispose of waste and recycle materials in designated bins.
- Regularly inspect and clean restrooms to ensure they remain hygienic and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Promptly report any damages or maintenance issues to management.
- Assist in preparing and tidying up areas before and after events or peak service hours.
- Ensure furniture and equipment are clean and arranged appropriately.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Report any hazardous conditions or broken equipment to the supervisor.
- Follow all company protocols related to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consistently clean and well-maintained premises.
- Positive feedback from guests and staff on cleanliness.
- Timely reporting and resolution of maintenance issues.
- Adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of an SSCE qualification
- 1 - 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary
N55,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
