Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Claims Officer at Prudential Zenith Life Insurance in Lagos, with flexibility for remote work.
- The Claims Officer will be responsible for handling and managing insurance claims on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Claims Handling expertise
- Effective Communication and Claims Management abilities
- Experience in Insurance Claims processing
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in claim assessment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
- Relevant certification in Insurance or related field is a plus
