Civil Works Officer


Job Description

Role Purpose Statement:

  • The Project Officer Maintains current and future projects. Support in planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project life cycle.

Main Accountabilities

  • Overseeing projects, mitigate issues and challenges
  • Schedule tasks and Manage resources
  • Update and maintain Project records and documentations
  • Report project's progress, budget and resources
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate departments
  • Maintains company’s infrastructures
  • Ensure project sites meets legal guidelines, health and safety requirement

Other duties

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • BEng/HND civil engineering or its equivalent
  • At least one year relevant experience
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
