Job Description
- We're seeking an experienced CTO to develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategy and plans
- Lead IT operations, including network and system administration
- Ensure IT security and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs
- Develop and manage IT budgets and resource allocation plans
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, and retention
- Establish standards of performance and monitor conformance
- Ensure technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong technical skills in network and system administration
- Proficiency in IT security and compliance
- Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- At least 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles
Nice to Have:
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT
- Certification in IT service management (ITIL) or project management (PMP)
