  • Develop and applies modern engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to complex engineering problems.
  • Will provide technical guidance/training over a group and supervise engineering staff on projects of low to medium complexity
  • Will be responsible for developing, validating, and presenting specialist/technical output.
  • Assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics.
  • Provide expert consultation on solar PV plant components such as modules, inverters, meteorological stations, and trackers.
  • Supervision of solar PV design optimization for cost reduction and performance improvement, including for engineer-procure-construct (EPC) projects.
  • Partner with senior level internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design results.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records approach and details, etc.

Requirements

  • B.Eng. (Hons.) Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Professional certification in this field will be an added advantage
  • Not less than 7-10 years working experience
  • Awareness of the latest Solar market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
  • Must Possess Project Management Skill
  • Effective Team lead and Managerial Skill
  • Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully, etc.
