Role Overview
- The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will drive the financial health and strategic growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain governance standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's and Master's in Finance / Accounting
- Certification: ACA, ACCA, or CFA required.
- Experience: 10 - 15 years in senior financial leadership roles.
Skills:
- Strong financial modeling and ERP system proficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
