Job Location: Ebute Metta, Lagos State

JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION

Lead and oversee all engineering activities and projects within the organization.
Develop and implement effective engineering strategies and processes.
Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
Manage and mentor engineering teams to achieve project goals.
Provide technical guidance on complex engineering issues and challenges.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure the quality of work and materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and review detailed engineering reports, budgets, and schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

HND or BSc in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior engineering role, preferably in real estate or construction.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
Proficiency in engineering and construction software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
