Job Description
- Lead and oversee all engineering activities and projects within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective engineering strategies and processes.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams to achieve project goals.
- Provide technical guidance on complex engineering issues and challenges.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure the quality of work and materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering reports, budgets, and schedules.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior engineering role, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
- Proficiency in engineering and construction software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
