We’re a Nigerian online platform for customized clothing and accessories, a go-to-place for individuals and brands looking to realize their creative ideas on quality fabrics.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Cashier and Sales Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Manage transactions with customers using cash POS
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts at the pointof sale
- Cross-sell branding products
- monitor print productions for payment
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1-5 years experience
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / Month
