Job Description

Position Summary

  • The Cargo and Office Maintenance Officer will handle the transportation and management of cargo in and out of Lagos while ensuring the office is well-maintained.
  • This role involves physical handling of goods, management of supplies and inventory, minor office repairs, and general upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the transportation of cargo to and from the office and client locations across Nigeria.
  • Ensure cargo is handled securely and accurately, maintaining proper documentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the office premises.
  • Perform basic repair tasks and coordinate with vendors for more complex maintenance needs.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and ensure organized storage.
  • Assist with other operational or administrative tasks as directed.

Job Specification

  • Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC certificate; a trade diploma is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a logistics or maintenance role.
  • Valid driver’s license and familiarity with Lagos road networks.
  • Basic knowledge of office maintenance and repair.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy cargo when required.
