Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicant must have a proven experience in the use of CDS ( galileo & amadeus )
  • Applicant must have an excellent communication and persuasive speaking skill.
  • Ability to answer customers' travel queries in airline ticketi ng arrangements, hotel accom mod ations, and attractions
  • Ability to a nstver queries on products and services and provides up-to-date pricing and availability information.
  • Applicant must be organised and service-oriented.
  • Ability to advise on possible routing options and provides information on any safety alerts relating to the destination of choice.
