Business Sales Executive


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including, but not limited to, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails,  and meetings to convert leads into clients.
  • Provide detailed real estate advice and present customized real estate solutions that meet the client's requirements.
  • Engage with leads through personalized communication, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Keep the client informed of property sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base and promote contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably within the Real Estate Industry
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
  • Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, and highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Remuneration: NGN 75,000
