- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse teams, developing strategic initiatives, and delivering measurable business results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with demonstrated success in sales and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficient in business tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and budget management capabilities.
