  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Growth Executive to join our team and drive our business expansion. A business growth executive is responsible for driving a company's growth by increasing.
  • The Business Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the cleaning and facility management industry.

Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Promote all company services, including cleaning, fumigation, pest control, and supply of consumables.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop customized service packages based on client needs and industry trends.

Proposal and Presentation Development:

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative service solutions.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve objectives.

Sales and Acquiring New Customers:

  • Generating and Conversion of leads - Create sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Building relationships - Foster relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and investors
  • Negotiating agreements - Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with clients, partners, and investors
  • Managing sales: Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Representing the company - Represent the company at networking events and conferences
  • Planning marketing - Help plan and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives
  • Managing risks - Work with management to identify and manage company risks
  • Staying updated: Stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

  • OND/HND and Valid Driving License
  • Minimum of 2 to 3years experience in a Facility Management or Cleaning/Pest Control Companies

Skills:

  • Intermediate MS Excel user
  • HSE knowledge
  • Familiar with Pest Control and Cleaning Equipment
  • Driving with valid license will be added advantage
