Job Summary:
- We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and expansion of our microfinance services.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including small business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the microfinance industry.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to design and launch new financial products and services that meet the needs of our target market.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the Microfinance sector.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and marketing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
