Job Summary
- As our business development officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies that align with the client's needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for TeamAce and its clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor ’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
