  • As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business.
  • You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting potential clients into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services.

Sales Process:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare accurate and compelling proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants, legal experts, and HR specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to inform business strategy and service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of business structuring, HR consulting, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
