Business Development Manager - Health, Safety, and Risk Management


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop key client target lists to drive revenue and achieve growth in health, safety, and risk management services.
  • Promote and introduce innovative health, safety, and risk management solutions.
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored health and safety services that align with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and report performance against agreed sales and business development targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to adapt services and solutions to meet specific client requirements.
  • Identify and exploit new business opportunities in the health, safety, and risk management sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports to secure contracts and update stakeholders on progress.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned by the organization to support business goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in health sector, risk management, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, or risk management roles with a focus on business development.
  • Proven track record in sales within the health, safety and/or risk management industry.
