Business Development Manager & Administrator


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base and revenue.
  • Identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain strong connections with existing clients.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with lawyers to develop and market niche practice areas.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, branding, and event planning.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, administration, or similar role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of operations and the legal industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing growth strategies and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Relationship-building and networking ability.
  • Financial and budget management expertise.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to innovation and process improvement.


Location: VI, Lagos.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Gross
