Job Title: Business Development Manager

Description

  • Our client is seeking to hire a dedicated Business Development Manager responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth.
  • You will also be involved in market research, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts for distribution, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and develop marketing plans to promote the company's brands and products.
  • Plan and execute product launches and promotions.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team, set sales targets, and provide training and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1-5 years experience.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of the tobacco industry is a plus, including regulations, trends, and consumer behavior.

Salary and Benefits
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month (Net) + Bonus + other benefits.
