Job Description

  • Laboria is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the drive for our growth and market expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales goals of at least N50 million and drive 10% month-over-month revenue growth.
  • Develop a minimum of 20 tailored proposals weekly for prospective clients.
  • Execute marketing campaigns promoting POCT (Point of Care Testing) devices and other product offerings.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions such as hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
  • Maintain a customer retention rate of at least 80% and achieve a customer satisfaction score of 80% or higher.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the laboratory/medical equipment industry.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics industry, including market trends and client needs.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
