  • Identify and prospect potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects to business
  • Develop, present, and discuss proposals with customers
  • Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort.
  • Describe features, technical specifications, and uses of E-mobility products or services to customers.
  • Provide support in E-mobility unit, design and lead the development of project scopes, bills of materials, and other supporting materials to ensure successful proposal submissions that lead to quality projects.
  • Identify key stakeholders and networks relevant to priority pipeline opportunities for effective prepositioning
  • Effectively communicate the organization’s value propositions, cultivate, and manage customer/partner relationships, and provide opportunities for cooperation, networking, and alliance building.
  • Ensure business development documentation and material are up to date and ready for sharing with potential customers and stakeholders, etc

Requirements

  • Qualifications required are A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, or B.Eng. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or its equivalent.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Business Development
  • Able to lead the customer journey from initial prospect identification to signing.
  • Ability to work with financial models and create detailed customer proposals
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not a benchmark
  • Ability to make presentations for existing and prospective customers
  • Must possess excellent management, as well as organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and multiple stakeholder relationships, etc.
